Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business daysof payment. Custom-finished or currently out-of-stock items may take longer — we'll email you a dispatch ETA within 24 hours of your order.

All delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends/holidays. Customs clearance in your country may add 1–3 extra days.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 USD (or local equivalent).
• Under the threshold: flat-rate calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
• Express upgrades (DHL, 3–5 days) available at checkout for most destinations.

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll get the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned into the carrier network — usually the same day or next business day.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility. Our declared value on the customs label is the order total; we do not under-declare values (this protects you if the parcel is lost).

United States: most items under $800 clear duty-free under Section 321 de minimis.
Canada: GST/HST + a small CBSA handling fee may apply on orders over CAD $20.
UK: no import charges — VAT included in your price.

If tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days, email us at [email protected]. We'll open a case with the carrier and either reship or refund in full.

All our replicas are decorative, display-only, not battle-ready. They're shipped legally worldwide as collectible props/fan-made replicas. Customs labels carry an HS code for "ornamental metal sculpture / collectible replica".
